Kleines Haus in der Altstadt mit drei Ferienwohnungen sehr nah am schönen kleinen Hafen mit der berühmten Promenade. Neu sanierte kleine Wohnung im Basement, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Der Parkplatz ist nicht direkt am Haus, was gut ist, da die Gassen zu eng sind für Autos, deshalb unbedingt bei der Anreise der Wegbeschreibung zum Parkplatz folgen, die die Gastgeber schicken. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation, alles super, vielen Dank!

Bili smo že drugič, tokrat štirje. Poleg spalnice je zelo solidno tudi spanje za dve osebi na kavču. Zelo prijeten oddih v februarju/marcu. Odlično izhodišče za sprehode in športanje ob obali.

Ottimo appartamento nel centro di Volosko a 2 passi dal piccolo porticciolo, e dai ristoranti del posto. Ottima comunicazione con Daria sempre pronta a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. abbiamo apprezzato molto il parcheggio privato, perché altrimenti sarebbe stato un problema.

Bili smo jako zadovoljni smjestajem i komunikacijom s hostom koji je bio spreman pomoci. Odlicno je sto uz smjestaj dobijete osiguran parking jer se po Opatiji vecina smjestaja placa.

Very nice and absolutely well maintained appartement, newly renovated. The host was very responsive and the self-check-in process was seamless. The surrounding is very calm and peaceful but with lots of good restaurants in near walking distance. Very recommendable.

Smještaj je bio savršen za naš kratki boravak! Ima sve što vam je potrebno i bio je iznimno čist. Komunikacija je bila izvrsna, a vlasnik je uvijek bio od velike pomoći. Apartman je vrlo blizu mora, vrlo privatan i prilično! 10/10 preporučujem.

Bardzo czysty i nowoczesny apartament. Super lokalizacja, dosłownie kilka kroków od morza. Komunikacja z właścicielem bardzo sprawna. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt hinter dem Hafen von Volosko in Mitten einer Altstadt mit engen Gassen. Man kann 10 km am Lungomare entlang laufen bis nach Lovran. Überall gibt es Gelegenheiten zum Baden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt so nah am Meer an einem ruhigeren Ort.

Kommunikation/ Wegbeschreibung war alles sehr gut. Paar minuten vom Strand entfernt liegt das mehrstöckige Haus. Einrichtung ist minimalistisch und sehr aufgeräumt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Klimaanlage kann man sehr leise stellen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

schöne, gemütliche Wohnung mitten im Herzen der kleinen Stadt. Parkplatz vorhanden und mit vielen Stufen schnell zu erreichen. die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Kommunikation mit Daria hat auch super geklappt. alles in allem super. wir kommen gerne wieder :)

The apartment was very clean and beautifully furnished, we had everything we needed in the kitchen (pots and everything), very spacious, seperate rooms, clean bathroom. The location was great, we felt there like home in a few seconds, the sea was right there a few steps away. Literally under the apartment we have found a wonderful restaurant and cafe as well. We recommend this for everyone, one of the best places we have ever stayed at. Thanks, Daria, for everything.

5/5 we will definitely come back. The location is perfect. Quiet place, in the most beautiful surroundings. You can walk to the beach, eat at the local restaurant down the stairs, go for walks and also grocery shop 3 min walking from the apartment. Everything was better than expected - such a lovely place.

Top Unterkunft
War alles wie beschrieben.
Kaffeemaschine im Eingangsbereich gegen freiwillige Spende war sehr angenehm. Sehr viel Geschirr vorhanden damit man selbst kochen kann. Sehr ruhige gepflegte Gegend und die Unterkunft mit Parkplatz !Supermarkt und Bäckerei sowie gute Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Mehr Komfort als erwartet immer wieder gerne. Waren mit unserem Hund unterwegs war optimal für uns.

Top Lage - die zahlreichen Restaurants im Hafen von Volosko sind zu Fuss in einer Minute erreichbar. Der Lungomare beginnt gleich im Hafen von Volosko.
Entlang dieses schönen Uferwegs lädt das Meer an verschiedensten Stellen zum Baden ein - wohltuende Erfrischung an einem heissen Sommertag!
